Hikaru Services / HSDS SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Program Description

Hikaru Services / HSDS offers a customer care SMS program for consumers and clients who opt in to receive text messages from us. Messages may include appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, document/status updates, billing or account inquiries, customer support follow-up, and responses to customer requests.

This SMS program is not used for promotional debt-relief marketing, cold outreach, purchased lead marketing, third-party lead generation, credit repair promotions, loan offers, debt-forgiveness claims, debt-settlement advertising, or debt-consolidation marketing.

2. Opting In to SMS Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Hikaru Services / HSDS by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form or by otherwise providing express consent through a process we make available for this SMS program.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Hikaru Services / HSDS at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our services. Your SMS consent is separate from any consent you may provide for phone calls, emails, or other communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment, account, document/status needs, or customer support request. You may receive up to 5 messages per week during active appointment scheduling, account coordination, or support activity. Message frequency may be lower when there is no active appointment, account, or support issue.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages according to your wireless plan. Hikaru Services / HSDS does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS messages from this program.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Hikaru Services / HSDS. You may also use other common opt-out words such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this SMS program unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Hikaru Services / HSDS is not responsible for message delays or failures caused by your carrier, network conditions, device settings, or incorrect contact information.

8. Privacy and SMS Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.hikaruservices.com/privacy-policy for more information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, released, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead-generation purposes. We may share SMS-related data with service providers who help us deliver text messages, such as messaging platforms, phone companies, compliance vendors, and technical service providers, only as needed to provide the messaging service.

9. Eligibility and Authorized Use

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or that you have authority from the subscriber or customary user to enroll the number in this SMS program. If your mobile number changes or you are no longer the subscriber or customary user of the number, you agree to opt out or notify us so we can update our records.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated SMS Terms & Conditions.
